About the Job
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end logistics operations for our D2C business.
The role involves driving logistics performance, optimizing courier partnerships, ensuring timely deliveries, managing disputes, and maintaining cost efficiency through effective rate negotiations and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end logistics operations for D2C shipments — from pickup to delivery.
2. Ensure daily monitoring of pending pickups, delivery exceptions, and escalations.
3. Drive rate negotiations and maintain cost-effective courier contracts.
4. Identify and onboard new logistics partners to expand network reach and improve performance.
5. Track and analyze key logistics KPIs — delivery percentage, TAT adherence, RTO%, and cost per shipment.
6. Manage and refine custom courier allocation rules based on serviceability, cost, and performance.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and courier partners to resolve disputes and delivery issues.
8. Conduct monthly invoice reconciliations with logistics partners and ensure timely closure of billing disputes.
9. Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards for management on logistics performance and cost analysis.
