About the Job
Role Overview:The CyberArk PAM Engineer (L2) will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operational support of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management environment. This includes managing privileged accounts, troubleshooting platform integrations, performing upgrades, implementing security controls, and supporting L1 teams and end-users in resolving PAM-related incidents and requests.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide L2 operational support for the CyberArk PAM platform (Connector CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, DPA, SecureTunnel).
2. Manage onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts, platforms, and safes.
3. Perform password rotation, verification, and reconciliation troubleshooting.
4. Handle incident, request, and change management tickets related to PAM.
5. Support integration with target systems (Windows, UNIX, Databases, Network Devices, etc.) based upon the customer requirements
6. Maintain and troubleshoot PSM connectors, CPM policies, and Dual account workflows.
7. Monitor and ensure CyberArk services availability, job schedules, and backup operations.
8. Work on complex issues, patches, or upgrades.
9. Conduct health checks, capacity monitoring, and assist in platform maintenance activities.
10. Participate in audit and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to security policies.
11. Document configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
12. Provide on-call or after-hours support as part of rotation (if required).
