About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Talk to customers over WhatsApp/calls and solve order-related queries.
2. Help people track their orders, solve complaints, and answer questions politely.
3. Coordinate with our kitchen & delivery team to resolve issues.
4. Take feedback from customers and share it with the team.
5. Make sure every customer feels cared for (they’re our priority!)
