About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Generate leads through calling, social media outreach, and trade show participation
2. Handle pre-order activities including enquiries, quotations, and tender support
3. Process customer orders and raise indents in the system
4. Purchase spares and consumables, both locally and through imports
5. Provide commercial support to customers regarding logistics, order status, and customs clearance
6. Coordinate with regional offices for payment follow-ups
7. Extract MIS data from ERP including sales, service, inventory, and receivables
8. Collect forecasting inputs from Regional Managers/Product Managers, including AMC details
9. Report to Product Managers and the Business Unit Head
10. Receive technical support and product specifications from the product team or service head
