About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate and timely information.
2. Handle inbound and outbound customer communication through phone calls, emails, and online chat.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions professionally and courteously.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent follow-up and support.
5. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to address and resolve customer concerns quickly.
6. Monitor and track customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
8. Assist with organizing client meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
