Experience : Minimum 6 months in a customer support or related role
Languages : Must be fluent in Hindi and English
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support and promote customer satisfaction throughout the organization. The goal is to enhance customer loyalty, ensure a smooth service experience, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits.
2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships and trust with customer accounts.
4. Manage large volumes of inbound calls efficiently.
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
7. Take initiative to go the extra mile in engaging customers.
8. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
9. Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
10. Adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
11. Proven customer support experience (minimum 6 months) is mandatory.
