Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, coverage, and policy details.
2. Provide accurate information and support on eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
3. Document all interactions clearly and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
4. Resolve queries efficiently with a customer-focused approach and escalate complex issues when necessary.
5. Stay updated with healthcare policies, system procedures, and meet performance targets for quality and productivity.
