Key responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products and their benefits to customers over the phone.
2. Scheduling Demos: Coordinate with the field team and schedule product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
3. Follow up & Close Deals: Track leads and ensure sales conversion.
4. Customer Success: Ensure customers are getting the full benefit and are happy with our products & service quality.
