About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle customer calls & share Sharekhan research
2. Place secure orders in client accounts
3. Share market news & updates
4. Reconnect with clients via after-hours calls
5. Answer customer queries professionally through all the servicing channels and provide information / resolutions within the specified turnaround time.
6. Record and categorize all customer interactions.
7. Interact with internal department for query resolution, maintain regular follow-ups.
8. Provide regular updates to the Customer for attempted open cases.
9. Adhere to the servicing escalation matrix so that specified TATs are achieved.
Candidate profile:
Graduates with good communication skills
Basic knowledge of share market
Candidate with same industry or similar experienced are preferred
Candidates with NISM 8 Certification will be given preference.
Interview details:
Location : Gigaplex, Arioli, Navi Mumbai , bldg. no .09 , floor 10.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
CTC: Depends on last CTC drawn.
