About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Document Verification: Verify and validate documents submitted by customers to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
2. Customer Service and Support: Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Identify and resolve customer issues through active listening and problem-solving.
3. Ticketing and Service Requests: Raise and submit tickets and service requests on behalf of customers. Follow up on the status of tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
4. Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information and relevant data into the company database.
5. Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the company database.
6. Provide product and service information to customers and recommend solutions.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of company products and policies.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service.
10. Maintain a calm and positive demeanor in challenging customer situations.
11. Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a memorable customer experience.
