Key responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically
3. Provide detailed product/service information including features, benefits, and availability
4. Process customer orders, handle billing, and manage payment transactions
5. Update and manage customer accounts with accuracy
6. Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies
7. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
8. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
10. Consistently provide a positive, courteous, and professional customer experience
