Key responsibilities:1. Responding to customer queries via calls and WhatsApp.
2. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide product and logistic support.
4. Providing accurate and complete information to customers regarding our products and services.
5. Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved.
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Reviewing and approving customer service requests.
8. Following up with the shipment partners on deliveries while keeping customers informed.
