We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable data entry executive to support our customer experience (CX) team. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, quick with data tools, and eager to learn how customer service operations run in a fast-paced D2C environment.Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately enter, update, and manage customer-related data across various internal systems
2. Maintain logs, trackers, and reports for the CX team to ensure smooth daily operations
3. Support the team in tracking customer interactions, order updates, and resolution records
4. Assist in preparing reports or summaries based on customer service data
5. Ensure data consistency, cleanliness, and integrity at all times
