About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate with jewelers to collect the required onboarding documents via WhatsApp.
2. Maintain and update client records in Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools.
3. Liaise between the sales team, development team, and marketing team to ensure timely progress.
4. Track and follow up on milestones — such as app branding, dashboard setup, and training.
5. Schedule and assist in admin dashboard training sessions for clients post-app development.
6. Provide courteous and prompt support to jewelers regarding their app status or technical queries.
7. Prepare daily and weekly reports on client progress, delays, and documentation status.
8. Contribute ideas to improve internal process efficiency and client experience.
