About the Job
The Insurance Sales Advisor – Outbound will be responsible for contacting potential and interested leads to promote, advise, and sell appropriate insurance products based on customer needs. The role requires excellent communication, sales, and customer relationship management skills to deliver superior customer experiences and achieve sales targets.Key responsibilities:
1. Proactively contact prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, or messages to introduce and explain insurance products.
2. Identify customer needs and financial goals to recommend suitable insurance plans (Life, Health, Motor, etc.).
3. Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, pricing, and policy terms.
4. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
5. Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
6. Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer onboarding.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and compliance guidelines.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in all interaction.
