We are hiring a Customer Care Support Executive to handle daily customer service and order management operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and handle incoming customer calls.
2. Conduct order confirmation calls daily.
3. Manage customer exchanges and returns.
4. Respond to all customer emails and provide timely resolutions.
5. Oversee daily order shipping and dispatch coordination.
6. Maintain regular communication with the account manager for updates.
7. Reply to WhatsApp messages and customer queries promptly.
8. Make daily NDR (Non-Delivery Report) calls to ensure smooth deliveries.
