About the Job
We are seeking candidates who can professionally handle customer queries and requests on inbound calls while ensuring a high standard of service. The role also includes suggesting and upselling relevant banking products to eligible customers.Key responsibilities
1. Handle customer questions, requests, and issue resolution over incoming calls
2. Maintain accurate call records and follow standard service procedures
3. Upsell banking products, including:
-Debit/Credit card upgrades
-EMI conversions on credit card dues
-Loan top-ups (home or personal)
-Insurance products
Shift Details
1. Male: 24x7 rotational shifts
2. Female: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
3. Six working days per week
4. Nine hours per day with rotational weekly offs
Dress Code
1. Monday to Friday: Formals
2. Saturday and Sunday: Semi-casuals
