Key Responsibilites:1. Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone-call customer support.
2. Respond quickly with clear, polite, error-free English.
3. Resolve order issues, delays, returns, and complaints end-to-end.
4. Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatches, returns, exchanges, and urgent cases.
5. Track daily tickets and ensure no customer query goes unanswered.
6. Maintain a professional, brand-aligned tone in all communication.
7. Update customers proactively with order status and resolutions.
