About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Customer Interaction & Communication
1. Make outbound calls to customers in the USA to remind them about outstanding payments.
2. Handle inbound queries related to billing, payment plans, and account status.
3. Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically while maintaining brand standards.
4. Provide accurate and concise information to customers regarding their accounts.
B. Collections Management
1. Follow structured scripts and compliance guidelines to collect payments on delinquent accounts.
2. Negotiate and set up payment arrangements or plans based on customer situations.
3. Ensure all interactions meet US banking compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
4. Achieve assigned collection targets within the defined timelines.
C. Documentation & Reporting
1. Document call details, customer responses, and payment commitments accurately in the system.
2. Update account information and follow up on pending promises-to-pay.
3. Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company and client security protocols.
D. Performance & Quality Adherence
1. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as collections targets, call quality, and attendance.
2. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality parameters consistently.
3. Participate in training and upskilling sessions, including incentive-based training modules.
E. Teamwork & Collaboration
1. Coordinate with team leaders and quality analysts to improve performance.
2. Share feedback or challenges faced on calls to ensure process improvement.
3. Support team goals while maintaining individual productivity.
F. Shift & Operations Compliance
1. Work in shifts with rotational week-offs (two per week).
2. Adhere to transport rules—centralized pick-up and drop provided.
3. Maintain punctuality and discipline as required by the operational setup.
