About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Check and reply to customer and freelancer emails quickly.
2. Sort issues and pass unresolved problems to the right internal teams.
3. Make sure all email queries are solved within the set time to keep customers satisfied.
4. Handle and resolve messages received through the Truelancer admin panel or support system.
5. Identify common problems and suggest improvements to reduce repeated queries.
6. Contact happy clients and freelancers and encourage them to leave positive reviews on Truelancer and platforms like Google or Trustpilot.
7. Track brand mentions and reviews on social media and respond politely and professionally.
8. Work with the marketing team to improve online ratings and brand reputation.
9. Follow up with clients and freelancers after project completion to collect feedback.
9. Keep clear records of customer feedback to spot recurring issues and improvement areas.
10. Coordinate with product and operations teams to turn feedback into useful improvements.
