About the Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to convert them into confirmed service bookings.
2. Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
3. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead details.
4. Ensure all service updates, customer preferences, and feedback are recorded properly.
5. Handle customer queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction post-service.
6. Generate and maintain service reports and assist in analysing lead conversion data.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service workflows and customer experience.
8. Convert inbound leads into service bookings, coordinate with the technicians, and ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to completion.
