Key responsibilities:1. Handling Incoming calls from the customer on Fresh leads and Services
2. Doing Outbound calls for collection and allocation
3. Handling customer emails and whatsapp query on Lead, Services and collection
4. Raising tickets to CRM for Service and warranty
5. Maintaining call quality
