1. Onboard new clients by providing product training and ensuring they understand the platform's features and benefits.
2. Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges related to using the Bidboxx Gateway platform.
3. Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs.
5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and contribute to the product roadmap.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, acting as their primary point of contact.
7. Create and maintain documentation, including FAQs, tutorials, and training materials, to assist clients.
8. Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
9. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
10. Conduct regular check-in calls and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support.
