Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.).
2. Segment customer databases and develop targeted communication strategies.
3. Plan and execute automated email, SMS, and in-app campaigns.
4. Track customer journeys, lifecycle stages, and conversion funnels.
5. Analyze CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, retention, and ROI.
6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
7. Ensure data accuracy, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and best practices for data management.
8. Implement A/B tests and optimize campaign performance based on insights.
