About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls from international clients in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer support by resolving complex queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues (as per the assigned process).
3. Proactively diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns, identifying appropriate solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
4. Build credibility and trust with customers by empathizing with their concerns and delivering accurate, helpful information.
5. Maintain and update customer records in the database with full accuracy for auditing and reporting purposes.
6. Work toward achieving and exceeding key performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
7. Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
8. Follow all company and client policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
