Key responsibilities:1. Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer queries via phone, email, social media, and chat.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
3. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products and services.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards when handling customer requests.
8. Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
