Key responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain affiliate mechanic data in the CRM system
2. Serve as the primary contact for mechanics, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
3. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and ensure partner satisfaction
4. Prepare and present reports on affiliate engagement and performance metrics
5. Collaborate with service and operations teams to enhance mechanic relationships
6. Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for new affiliates
