Role summary: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction reflects Signori Armadio’s luxury brand ethos. You will handle customer queries, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to provide a seamless, bespoke experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints through calls, emails, and messages.
2. Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
5. Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and service quality.
6. Support business development initiatives through customer engagement.
