About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. CRM Leads handling: Ensure potential clients via phone, emails, etc., engage in meaningful conversations and help them to resolve their queries and drive them to the right product solutions
2. Customer relationship management: Devise effective communication strategies and maintain detailed records of interactions. Engage across communication channels to effectively address queries and doubts.
3. Product knowledge: Upskill on technical parameters and constantly read and learn about new products
4. Targets on Query resolution: Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for answering and resolving customer queries and concerns across different channels.
