About the Job
As a Customer Acquisition Manager at Bow And Baan Technology Solutions Private Limited, is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the customer base. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market research, and proactive sales skills to ensure the company's long-term success and profitability. The BDE will work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to develop strategies, pitch new services or products, and build strong partnerships.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
2. Utilize data analysis and market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities for expansion.
3. Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
5. Utilize digital marketing tools to reach and engage with target audiences.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of acquisition efforts.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.
8. Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the market.
9. Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape strategic initiatives.
10. Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
11. Identify decision-makers within potential client organizations and initiate contact.
12. Create and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
13. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
14. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
15. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.
16. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
17. Identify emerging business trends and customer demands that can be capitalized on.
18. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients.
19. Close sales deals and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
20. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
21. Work with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth.
22. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rates, sales cycles, and revenue.
23. Regularly update CRM systems with client information and sales progress.
24. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to create new opportunities.
25. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, highlighting company products or services.
Skills:
Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must meet the sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
Knowledge of digital marketing or social media platforms.
BD experience in the software domain is preferred.
Language proficiency in other Indian languages will be an added advantage.
