Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Assistance:
Provide world-class support to customers and partners via phone, chat, and email.
Respond promptly to inquiries generated through online ad campaigns and social media.
2. Lead Conversion:
Follow up with leads, understand their needs, and help them complete their purchases or onboarding process.
Maintain consistent communication with potential customers to build trust and loyalty.
3. Data Management:
Handle and update lead data using Microsoft Excel and prepare short reports in Word.
Track conversions and follow-up activities accurately.
4. Front Office Coordination:
Support day-to-day front office operations and ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
5. Real-Time Problem Solving:
Address customer concerns efficiently, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
