About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Contacting customers and clients who have outstanding rental payment.
2. Negotiating payment plans with customers and clients to ensure renewals are paid off in a timely manner
3. Providing customers and clients with information about their outstanding payment and the consequences of non-payment
4. Keeping detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts and communications with clients
5. Following up with customers and clients on a regular basis to ensure that they are making payments on time and in accordance with their payment plans.
