About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Be on the frontlines of Chutki’s seller growth — identify, reach out to, and onboard prospective sellers.
2. Run sharp, high-velocity outreach through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook groups, and other communities.
3. Own the full funnel: first contact → onboarding → activation.
4. Ensure sellers have a smooth DIY onboarding experience and get activated quickly.
5. Talk to sellers, capture feedback, and spot what’s working (and what’s not).
6. Track daily numbers, surface insights, and help shape our GTM playbook.
7. Work closely with the founder — you’ll be part of the early core team and get to experience true start-up culture, where every day is about learning, moving fast, and building something real.
