About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Customer engagement: Interact with potential and existing customers through phone calls, chat, and email to build rapport and understand their needs.
2. Sales process management: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact and lead qualification to closing deals and renewing contracts.
3. Record keeping: Maintain and update customer information accurately in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
4. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing, to refine acquisition strategies and share customer feedback.
5. Problem-solving: Address customer concerns and issues, ensuring a positive experience and helping to resolve problems.
6. Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
