About the Job
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with strong CRM and SaaS experience to help us drive B2B business growth. You’ll manage leads, schedule demos, create proposals, follow up with clients, and contribute to our digital marketing efforts.Key responsibilities:
A. Lead & Sales Coordination
1. Handle inbound leads and understand client needs
2. Schedule CRM software demos
3. Send customised quotations and follow up on closures
4. Maintain CRM data and deal pipeline
B. Marketing Support
1. Help execute marketing campaigns on LinkedIn & Instagram
2. Assist in content creation and lead generation
3. Track and report campaign performance
4. Support email marketing, follow-ups, and client engagement
C. Client Relationship Management
1. Manage existing client communications and service updates
2. Coordinate support tickets with internal teams
3. Collect feedback and ensure satisfaction
4. Build long-term trust and repeat business
Note:
1. 5-day work week ( 2 weeks)
