About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage inbound leads received from Meta, Google Ads, website, and landing pages inside HubSpot CRM.
2. Nurture leads using WhatsApp automation, email campaigns, and calls by sharing relevant content, offers, webinars, and counselling slots.
3. Ensure zero lead leakage by tracking daily inquiries, follow-ups, response times, and lead status updates in CRM.
4. Drive conversions & walk-ins through timely follow-ups, personalized communication, and strong lead engagement.
5. Coordinate with marketing & counselling teams to improve lead quality, follow-up strategies, and overall conversion performance.
