Key responsibilities:1. Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
2. Conduct payment follow-ups and collection activities to maintain timely payments from customers.
3. Calling Customers and Accounts for payment updates daily.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to resolve post-sales issues and provide excellent after-sales service.
5. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyse sales performance.
6. Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.
