About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary contact for credit-related needs.
2. Credit Analysis and Risk Assessment: Review and analyze credit applications, evaluate financial data, and assess the creditworthiness and risk associated with each client.
3. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and cross-sell banking products and services to existing clients.
4. Loan Application Processing: Gather necessary documentation, prepare credit applications and records, and present them to the credit committee.
5. Loan Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor existing loans, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations, and manage loan renewals.
6. Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
7. Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, such as loan officers and collections departments, to ensure smooth operations.

13. Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
