Role overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, confident, and enjoys interacting with people. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding customers through our product range, understanding their needs, and helping them create beautiful homes with our furnishings.
Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with walk-in clients and provide personalized product recommendations.
2. Build strong relationships with customers, designers, and architects.
3. Understand product details (fabrics, textures, styles) and communicate them effectively.
4. Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
5. Meet monthly sales targets and support the team during busy periods.
6. Assist in showroom display management and upkeep.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates welcome – full training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Positive attitude, confidence, and enthusiasm to learn.
Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
