About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Learn and understand the company’s products/services and their unique selling points.
2. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, or online networking.
3. Assist the senior sales team in client meetings and presentations.
4. Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
5. Follow up with prospective clients for feedback and closing deals.
6. Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
7. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets under guidance.
8. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
9. Participate in sales training, product knowledge sessions, and skill development workshops.
10. Represent the company professionally and uphold brand reputation at all times.
