As a Collective Artists Network initiative, we connect agencies and brands with leading influencers, creators, and celebrities to create impactful, authentic campaigns that drive real conversations.
We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and help us grow our relationships with agencies and partners in the influencer marketing space.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying and prospecting new agencies, building strong relationships with existing ones, and understanding their needs.
2. Pursue sales opportunities with agencies interested in influencers, creators, and celebrities
3. Develop and pitch talent-led campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives
4. Handle negotiations and contracts with agencies
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Talent, strategy, creative, client servicing) for campaign planning and execution
6. Achieve monthly target and conversions
7. Stay updated on influencer trends, influencer marketing best practices, social media platforms, entertainment, and the pop-culture ecosystem
8. Pitch and sell influencer marketing campaigns tailored to client goals and target demographics.
9. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline.
10. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and campaign terms.
