About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Own end-to-end lead generation cycle for all digital-first, e-commerce, and D2C brands in the country through an outbound sales approach.
2. Should use the best communication channels, but not limited to phone, email, to generate quality SQLs for the sales team.
3. Constantly build, maintain, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly/monthly and yearly business goals.
4. Achieve sales targets consistently and strive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.
5. Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease over a call and other multiple communication channels.
6. Highly self-motivated and constantly working on delivering positive results to the company.
7. Should be highly persuasive and follow up with clients on time.
8. Build a deep-level understanding of financial products, market demands, and trends in the Indian fintech industry.
9. Understand and work towards the team's/organization's objectives at all times.
