About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Follow-up for meetings, inquiries, work progress, leads, and referrals
2. Prepare and send quotations/estimates on time
3. Coordinate with Management for meetings, rates, and deal finalizations
4. Arrange site visits and measurements with site supervisors and clients
5. Maintain all sales and client data in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM
6. Coordinate between client, sales, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations
7. Ensure organized workflow and timely task completion
8. Maintain daily inquiry, quotation, and order status reports
9. Support management in tracking sales performance and client satisfaction
10. Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communication professionally
11. Assist in sending festive greetings, promotional messages, and client updates
12. Exhibit strong communication, reporting, and teamwork skills
13. Play a key role in system flow, timely updates, and professional follow-ups
