Key responsibilities:A. Government Tender Documentation
1. Prepare and manage documentation for GeM tenders and government procurement processes
2. Track tender announcements, eligibility criteria, and submission timelines
3. Coordinate with internal teams to compile technical specifications and financial inputs
4. Maintain organized records of all tender-related files and submissions
B. Sales Order Reconciliation
1. Reconcile sales orders from GeM, direct, and e-commerce platforms with invoices and dispatch records
2. Identify and resolve discrepancies in order processing
3. Ensure accurate documentation for audits and financial reporting
C. Data Analysis & Reporting
1. Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and performance indicators
2. Develop dashboards and reports for internal teams
3. Support forecasting, inventory planning, and decision-making with data insights
