Key Responsibilities:1. Supervising and mentoring department members
2. Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
3. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
4. Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans: digital marketing, social media marketing, events, etc.
5. Managing marketing budgets
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
7. Preparing regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations
8. Working closely with other departments, such as product development, to improve overall performance
