About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and product specifications.
2. Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, or in person; provide product information, pricing, and service details professionally.
3. Order Execution & Coordination: Process sales orders, coordinate with the production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
4. Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain sales data, update order status, prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, and assist in maintaining customer databases.
5. Follow-ups & Communication: Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and delivery schedules; ensure smooth communication between internal departments and clients.
