Key responsibilities:1. Proactively connect with potential learners via Outbound calls
2. Understand individual customer needs and provide customized course recommendations.
3. Convert leads into paying customers by driving consultative and need-based selling.
4. Achieve monthly revenue targets through high conversion rates and proactive follow-ups.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM tools.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.
