About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Coordinate between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of sales activities.
2. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
3. Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.
4. Track ongoing leads, manage inquiries, and ensure timely responses to clients.
5. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
6. Schedule meetings, product demos, and client visits for the sales team.
7. Coordinate order processing, billing, and documentation in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.
8. Ensure all client requirements are communicated properly to internal stakeholders for successful delivery.
9. Follow up with potential clients for feedback and post-sale support.
10. Manage communication for renewals, service agreements, and account updates.
11. Help the sales team meet targets by ensuring efficient administrative and coordination support.
