About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and meet the potential leads who want to be entrepreneurs and explain to them the business opportunities, and convince them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor/Partner.
2. Providing financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
3. Plan activities and strategies for business development for distributors
4. Educate the partners about the product portfolio, service offers, and also evaluate them on sales performance, recommend improvements,
5. Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
Note:
1. Products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Security (LAS), Bonds, etc.
2. Business targets: Recruitment of Financial Products Distributors, Product sales, etc.
