About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Actively source new listings for rental and sale properties (residential & commercial).
2. Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers/tenants and provide detailed property information.
3. Negotiate deals between property owners and clients, ensuring smooth transactions.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends, pricing, and competitors.
5. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and networking events.
6. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and corporate clients.
7. Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and property requirements.
8. Interior Design Sales Support: Understand the scope of interior design services offered by the company.
9. Cross-sell interior design packages to real estate clients post-transaction or during the sales process.
10. Coordinate between clients and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
